LCHS 7/8 Music Students Tour Schools

Elementary students at all La Cañada Flintridge public schools were treated to a performance by the La Cañada High School 7/8 band and orchestra. Director James Myers conducted the orchestra in a favorite work called “The Rosin-Eating Zombies.” With all its interesting sound effects, including chewing sounds, the piece was a hit. The 7/8 students had a full day with a nice break for a pizza lunch at Memorial Park.
